I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The food offered a nice variety, but it did get a bit repetitive after a few days. The location was a slight drawback as it was a bit far from the beach, but the shuttle service made it easy to get there in just a few minutes.

I had a really tough experience at this hotel, as it felt claustrophobic and poorly managed. The room was cramped, and we had almost no food options during our stay, which was frustrating especially since we were promised all-inclusive service. The entertainment was practically non-existent and the atmosphere was unwelcoming, creating a very uncomfortable environment. On the upside, the staff's lack of English made communication somewhat interesting, if not awkward.
